Today I bake very tasty and very beautiful, I do not even hesitate to say, extraordinarily beautiful cupcake "Riddle" ...

For the preparation of the most beautiful cupcakes need:

Five chicken eggs, medium or large size, it does not matter... But not small!
150 g milk (namely gram without milliliters)
Sugar 180 g
100 g vegetable oil
2 teaspoons baking powder
Peel with a small lemon

a little vanilla
300 g flour

And still need 3-4 teaspoons of cocoa powder

What we do in the first place! It take the eggs and divide them into separate bowls on the yolks and whites... Then there will be 2 test, white and yellow, and therefore the resulting cake will turn white and yellow ...

First begin kneading the yellow dough, that is, take up the yolks! Adding them in half the required amount of sugar (90 g), and using a mixer (rim so fail) whisk. It should get a homogeneous whitened "popyshnevshaya" mass. When the mass has increased in volume, turns white and the sugar has dissolved, pour 50 g of vegetable oil (all weighed in grams, not in a milliliter), and even a little whisk. Then pour the remaining amount of sugar and vanilla and already whisk until thick white meringue and then again during whipping pour 50 g of vegetable oil. Now it is no longer useful to the mixer!

Also, as in the case with the "yellow" test, in a separate bowl sift the remaining 150 g of flour, adding a spoonful of baking powder, stir. And, too, are often added to protein mass (i.e., first half of the flour, then 50 grams of milk, and then again flour). In no case do not use a mixer, just a shovel or a spoon, otherwise all the "pomp" shall fade. Everything is now and "white" the dough is ready!

I have a special form for baking cake, but you can take a simple circular or rectangular shape, I think, too, it will turn out better than (the form for baking necessarily grease with butter and sprinkle flour)!!! First, pour in half the form of cooked yellow dough ...
