Ingredients:
minced chicken 600g
Eggs 2-3 pc
1 tablespoon flour
mozzarella or other 200g
crunchy breading of poultry 100g
salt and pepper to taste
vegetable oil for frying

Take the chicken mince, mix with salt and pepper to taste. Nuggets obtained juicier if you add grated onion on a fine grater or a couple of spoonfuls of sour cream.
Take the mozzarella and cut into cubes. Now it is possible to form nuggets. Hands soak in water, minced meat will not stick to your hands. Separate the stuffing in the number of so many to put cheese and it was possible to form a ball. First, make a cake, and in the center put a piece of cheese, and then shape the ball. The ball should be no larger than a tennis ball.
For breading You will need: flour, egg, crunchy breading of poultry and breadcrumbs. Formed balls roll in flour first, then send it to the egg, then in breadcrumbs.
Take high griddle or a small pot, pour vegetable oil and heat it until the bubbles. Oil should be enough to keep the balls sank at least half. The red-hot oil and fry submit nuggets on all sides for 3-4 minutes until tender. Ready nuggets spread on paper towel to remove fat.
