Ingredients:
0.5 liters of milk
0.5 Sugar Art
eggs 2 pc
3 tablespoons flour
butter 30 g
vanilla sugar 8 g
Step №1:
In a bowl, connect the eggs, sugar and flour. Mix with a mixer or a whisk, so that there was no lumps of flour. It will take 1-2 minutes.

Divide all the amount of milk on the 0,1l and 0.4 liters. Then pour cold milk in a 0.1 liter egg-flour mixture and again mix until uniform. Get watery mass.
Step №3:
The rest of the 0.4 liters of milk pour into the pan and place on fire. Bring to boiling milk, and then pour a thin stream of molten mass from milk, flour, eggs and sugar.

Cook over low heat until thickened, stirring constantly. Weight should not burn.
Step №5:
Put the cream into another container, add the vanilla sugar and butter. Cover with cling film so as not to form a top plyonochku let cool completely.
