Tender and juicy cottage cheese casserole on the most simple and proven recipe. Flavor casserole gives orange glaze. It is incredibly delicious! Be sure to make a casserole for my recipe!

Ingredients for the Stuffing:
Curd home 1 kg
sugar 200g
Eggs 5 pcs.
Vanilla sugar 15 g
pinch of salt
sour cream 150g
Butter 50g
starch 50g
glaze recipe:
100g caster sugar
Zest and juice of 1 orange th

Take the eggs, sugar and vanilla sugar, whisk in a thick fluffy mass. Take a high-fat cottage cheese and cottage cheese is better. Curd grind through a sieve or through twist the grinder. Casserole get softer. Add the egg mass and mix.

Then add a pinch of salt, sour cream, potato or corn starch. Starch can replace flour or semolina. Stir.
