You have a sweet tooth and want something tasty to tea without dough and flour - then this recipe is for you! Cereals consumed hot or cold, with milk, yoghurt or fruit. I suggest to cook without baking cake with balls with cocoa (cereals) with the addition of nuts. Take only 4 ingredient. Very simple and delicious!

Ingredients:
Pellets cocoa (Cereals) 300 g of
Boiled condensed milk 350-400 g
Butter 73% fat 200 g
Roasted peanuts (or walnut) 200 g of
Take butter room temperature and whisk mixer to form a white, soft mass. Whisk for 3-4 minutes. Long whip is not necessary, it can be separated serum. Add boiled condensed milk and continue beating until smooth osche a couple of minutes. We get the cream.
In the cream, add the fried peanuts or roasted walnut, can be two kinds of nuts, 100 grams each. Leave a large number of nuts to decorate the cake. Stir with a spoon.
Take balls with cocoa and poured into the resulting mass. Part of the balls leave the cake decorating. Stir.
A thick mass, which is already possible to eat, but it is better to put the split in a baking dish and form a cake.
Cover the bottom of the mold parchment paper, put mass with cream, nuts, bulbs, densifying spoon. Laying out the entire mass in the form above put the parchment paper and press down well tolkushkoy or hands. Submit to the refrigerator to solidify for at least 3 hours, preferably overnight.
Take out the cake from the mold and decorate with balloons and nuts on top. Cake is ready! Cake turns sweet, crisp with caramel and nutty flavor. I recommend to cook a cake in the evening and send in the refrigerator overnight. Serve the tea in the morning. All a pleasant tea party!
