Snacks on a festive table have a special place and always fly with a bang! Very original and tasty snack "Mushroom glade" decorate your holiday table, guests will be delighted!

Recipe:
Eggs 10 pcs.
100 g Champignon
Onion 1 pc.
Brewed black tea 20-25 g
Mayonnaise 2-3 tbsp
Salt and pepper to taste
Dill, parsley
Vegetable oil for frying
Water

Take mushrooms mushrooms, chop very finely, put on a hot dry frying pan and cook until complete evaporation of the liquid, then add 1-2 tablespoons vegetable oil and fry 2 minutes.

Take onion, finely cut and fry in vegetable oil until golden brown.

For starters, take the chicken and quail eggs. Boil 7-8 minutes and then pour the cold water, the eggs will be easily cleaned. Then cut off 1/3 of the egg. Protein is for mushrooms and egg yolk use for stuffing.

Black brew strong tea. In boiling water to brew submit 1/3 of the protein - it is a mushroom cap. Cook for 4-5 minutes, a cap should be brown, and then removing from the heat, leave for a few minutes in the water for more color saturation.

Prepare the stuffing. Connect fried mushrooms, fried onions, egg yolk rub on a fine grater or chop fork, add mayonnaise, salt and pepper to taste. Mix well. Filling is ready.

Form a snack of "porcini". Take the protein from the egg and place the filling, level. If you have any stuffing, make sandwiches.

Celebratory feeding on a plate lay out the dill and parsley. Put cut down protein with filling and top cover cap. Snack is ready!
