Stuffed potatoes with meat is very tasty, satisfying and simple dish. Flavorful sauce gives a special taste of potatoes.

We make gravy for the potatoes. Rub carrots on a grater for Korean carrot. Cut peppers into cubes or strips.

Fry in vegetable oil, carrots and peppers for 3-4 minutes.

Then add tomato sauce, salt, sugar, and hot water. Gravy simmer for 5-7 minutes over medium heat, covered.

Make the filling for the potato. The ground pork add finely sliced ​​fried onion, salt, ground black pepper. Mix well, and the filling is ready.

Peel the potatoes. Carving knife or an ordinary knife cut out the middle of the potato.

Fill minced potatoes.

We spread into a pan to extinguish. This adds a spiral potatoes and pour all the sauce.

Add the black pepper and simmer the potatoes over medium heat for 45 minutes under the lid closed. Then add garlic and give for 10 minutes.
