Today we are preparing a salad with squid and crab sticks. It's simple and pretty quick, satisfying and nutritious, beautiful and delicious! The basis of the dish is crab sticks and squid, it is these ingredients that set the main taste, which we additionally emphasize with the freshness of cucumbers, the sweetness of corn. You can use homemade mayonnaise or thick Greek yogurt for dressing.
Such a salad can even be served on a festive table, since the result is quite successful. For piquancy, you can add a little garlic, herbs. The dish is combined with any side dishes, it is delicious to serve with rice.

Ingredients:
Squid s / m - 1 pc.
Crab sticks - 70 g
Fresh cucumbers - 2 pcs.
Chicken eggs - 1 pc.
Canned corn - 3 tablespoons
Mayonnaise - 1-2 tablespoons
Salt, pepper - to taste
Dry garlic - a pinch
Description:
Prepare all the required ingredients according to the list. Remove the squid and crab sticks from the freezer.
Wash the chicken egg, put it in a saucepan with water and send it to the stove. After boiling, cook for 10 minutes.
Clean the sticks from the protective film. Then cut them into small cubes or circles.
Rinse and dry fresh cucumbers, trim off the ends on both sides. Check vegetables for bitterness. Cut into small cubes.
Peel and cut the chicken egg into small cubes, similar to the previous ingredients.
Dip the squid in boiling water, boil for three minutes. After a while, cut it into small strips or cubes, transfer to all the ingredients in a salad bowl.
Pour canned sweet corn into the salad.
Then season the dish with mayonnaise and add garlic, salt and pepper. Mix all components and remove a sample, adjust the taste.
Arrange the salad on beautiful plates, garnish with herbs and serve.
