We make a basis for the cake. Combine eggs, sugar and vanilla sugar. Whisk mixer until the sugar is dissolved and receiving fluffy mass.

In the sifted flour add baking powder and rub on a coarse grater chilled butter.

Triturated flour with baking powder and oil in the crumb hands, and then add a pre-whipped egg mixture. Knead a stiff dough.

To take curd eggs, cottage cheese, sugar, a pinch of salt. Beat the eggs, sugar and salt in a mixer thick fluffy mass.

Then add the resulting curd mass and whisk until smooth.

So that the filling was juicy add the milk and whisk again.

Baking dish of 26 cm diameter blanketed parchment paper and spread 1/3 of the test. We align the entire form and compacted with a spoon or by hand.

Pour the curd.

Sprinkle remaining crumb dough.

Ship in an oven preheated to 180 degrees and bake 45 minutes. Baking time depends on the oven.
