Preparation:

2. Wash the pork and cut into pieces.
3. Fry meat in oil.
Pigs should be golden brown.
4. Onion peel and cut into half rings. Put the onion in a frying pan with pork.
5. Fry potatoes fried, sprinkle with salt and shift into the pan to pork and onions.
6. Potato peel, cut into pieces of 4-6 tubers and fried in a separate pan.
7. In a frying pan with meat to shift the potatoes and chopped garlic cloves.
8. Add spices and a little chopped spicy greens. Perfect purple basil and dill.
9. Tomatoes Wash, cut into thin slices, lay out the meat and potatoes. To mix everything.
