Puff pastry with chicken

Versatile dish. Good for breakfast with tea or coffee, as well as the perfect combination of broth and irreplaceable as a snack at work or on the road.

Ingredients:

200 gr. chicken
400 gr. flaky yeast dough
50 oz. lard or bacon
onion
1 tbsp. l. butter
1 tbsp. l. flour
150ml milk
egg
salt
pepper
spices to taste

Preparation:

Boil the chicken fillet in advance.

Onions and bacon cut into small cubes. On a deep frying pan or in a small saucepan with a thick bottom heat butter and put back the onion and bacon.
Fry for 3-4 minutes.

Boiled chicken chop in a blender or mince.

After frying onions with bacon remove pan from heat.
Add to it the flour, then gradually pour in the milk, while actively stirring the contents.

Return the pan to the heat and, still stirring, bring the contents to the boil. Salt and pepper and add favorite spices.

Turn off the fire and into the frying pan put chopped chicken. Thoroughly mix the chicken with the sauce and allow to cool - all the filling is ready.

Roll out puff pastry on a flat surface.

With glass or cup neatly cut slices with a diameter of 10 cm or cut into rectangles.

Half carved bases put the filling 1 tbsp. l. without top.

Egg whisk in a separate cup and weighing the resulting grease edge blank preforms from dough.
Then these circles or rectangles cover every filling on the dough and carefully seal the edges.

Transfer the patties on a baking sheet greased with oil.

Preheat oven to 220 degrees.
Cakes grease brush the remaining beaten egg and lightly pierce with a fork.

Bake cakes for about 25 minutes.

Prepared dishes to cool down a bit and you can bring to the table.
