Ingredients:

2 cups of warm milk
10-30 gr. dry yeast
1 tsp salt
3 tablespoons Sahara
1 tbsp. sol. oils
5 cups flour
100-150 gr. butter
1 tbsp. vegetable oil
yolk for greasing
sesame seeds for sprinkling

Preparation:

Make a brew of half of sifted flour, yeast, sugar, salt and warm milk.
Leave in a warm place to approach.

Pour vegetable oil and mix. Pour portions of the second part of flour, continuing to mix.

The dough should be quite thick.

Put the dough in a bowl, cover with a clean kitchen towel and leave to approach to it has increased at least twice.

Then divide the dough into balls.
