Very tasty and hearty burgers - ideal for lean menu.
Ingredients:
200 gr. beans
150 c. mushroom
onion
clove of garlic
2 tbsp. l. semolina
2 tbsp. l. flour
salt
pepper
vegetable oil
Preparation:
1. Beans wash and add cold water. Leave the beans in water for 12 hours. Periodically change the water.
2. Drain water from the beans, to put it in the pan and to fill in a portion of pure water. Put beans on low heat and cook until tender. They must not strongly seethe!
3. Remove the beans from the heat. Drain and cool.
Important! You can use ready-made beans - canned in its own juice.
4. Mushrooms washed and cut.
5. Onion peel and cut into cubes.
6. Fry onion vegetable oil.
7. Add mushrooms to the onions and fry all together for 5 minutes.
8. Combine in a bowl of beans and mushroom fried. Add salt and season with pepper.
9. To taste Grate the garlic clove.
10. The entire mass mince or whip blender.
11. Pour the semolina, flour and pour a couple tablespoons of vegetable oil.
Leave prepared stuffing for 30 minutes in the refrigerator to semolina beginning to swell.
12. From the resulting minced to form round burgers.
13. Fry lean patties as conventional vegetable oil until golden brown.
Serve with vegetables.
