Meatless recipe of rice with lentils - Madzhadra
- Well wash the rice and lentils under running cold water.

- Pour the rinsed lentils in a pan with a thick bottom.
- Pour to two full cup of cold water.
- Add salt.

- Close the lid and cook for 10-15 minutes.
- Preheat a frying pan vegetable oil.
- Put the rice and fry over medium heat for 4-5 minutes.
- Add the rice to the lentils.
- Close the lid and leave for a minimum heat for 15-20 minutes.
- Cut the onion into thin strips.
- Heat the oil in the frying pan liberated.

Add cumin, turmeric, garlic.
