This recipe is not mine, I was visiting a friend, she tried cucumbers and they really liked me.

I asked for the recipe. At first, when I looked up, it seemed to me that there is a lot of sugar, a lot of vinegar and, in general a whole lot. I was about to start experimenting. But then I thought that these cucumbers I liked it in this form and I just have to do everything for this recipe. Well, at the same time to show it to you.

Calculating products 4 liter jars. Cucumbers liter jars for cucumbers is better to take small and as usual for canning with pimples.
INGREDIENTS
  • cucumbers 2.2 kg
  • 1.5-1.6 l of water
  • tomato paste, 250 g (1 cup)
  • 180 g of sugar (1 cup)
  • salt 70 g (2 tablespoons)
  • Vinegar (9%) 150 ml
  • umbrella dill 4 pcs.
  • allspice 12-16 peas
  • 4-6 cloves of garlic
  • currant leaves 4-8 pieces.

Cucumber soak in cold water for six to eight hours.

MARINADE

Add the water, salt and sugar tomato paste. Supply water to the plate and bring to the boil and the complete dissolution of the salt and sugar.

When the marinade boil, reduce the heat and boil for one minute. Add vinegar and turn off the heat. Leave the marinade until cool.

Umbrellas of fennel and currant leaves scalded with boiling water.

Each clean jar to put an umbrella dill, if there currant leaves, 3-4 pea allspice, garlic and cucumbers.

Cucumbers can be cut at will.

Try to stack cucumbers tightly, otherwise the marinade may not be enough.

Pour marinade banks.

If somewhere a little of the marinade is not enough, pour the boiling water and cover with a clean jars lids.

Now banks need to be sterilized in a large saucepan.

Put them in water at room temperature and add hot water on "hanger".

Insert heat, boil cans and sterilized 10 minutes.
After 10 minutes turn off the heat and to close banks.

That's all.

All the banks are closed and sterilized.

Leave them upside down until cool.
