Nourishing, tasty, nice - and very easy!
Ingredients:
500 gr. minced meat
onion
3 thin sheet Lavash
2 tomatoes
3 eggs
dill
200 ml of cream
1 tbsp. l. dining mustard
150 c. cheese
vegetable oil
salt
pepper
Preparation:
1. Onions, peel and cut into cubes.
2. Fry the onions in a little oil until light golden brown.
3. Add mince and fry everything, stirring occasionally, until cooked meat.
4. Salt and pepper mince.
5. Dill wash, dry and chop finely. Add in minced dill.
5. To fill whip the eggs with sour cream and mustard, season with salt and season with pepper.
6. Spread out on the table lavash sheets.
7. Tomatoes cut into slices.
8. Divide the ground beef and sliced tomato circles into three parts.
Put each part layer of lavash and roll it into a tight roll.
9. Slitting roll into 2 or 3 pieces (depending upon the size molds for baking).
10. Share rolls to form a dense layer.
11. Pour all the sour cream and mustard sauce, sprinkle with grated cheese and place in oven for 25 minutes. Bake at 170-180 degrees.
Serve with tomato sauce.
