On the Internet quickly found a recipe for homemade cream cheese "Mascarpone", which turned out to be surprisingly easy.
For "mascarpone" it was necessary to take only 2 ingredients: 1 liter of whipping cream and juice of 1 lemon.
At first, I decided to "mascarpone" from the fatty cream bought on the market. To my surprise, the homemade cream did not want to completely collapse and the whole essence of cream cheese was exactly that.
Perhaps homemade cream were too fresh and they had some "mysterious" ingredient that gave curdling. I have not found an answer.
Then I poprobyvala another recipe Home mascarpone, which we propose to make cheese of the 33-35% fatty cream bought at the store. A lemon juice offered to replace the wine vinegar.
From 1 liter of whipping cream I got 500 grams of cottage cheese.
I took 2 packs (500g.) Cream 35% mark "Parmalat" for 250 rubles. each. Of course, I could buy a cream and cheaper, but they would have been with preservatives and additives.
500 grams of cream cheese cost me 500 rubles.
This "mascarpone" was very tasty, but expensive, and I decided to cook cream cheese cheaper.

A lemon juice has replaced domestic wine vinegar (I had an apple).
The result was not worse previous recipe. Since essentially Maskorpone is a very high-calorie creamy Italian cheese-based whipping cream and vinegar.
Cheese output turned out to be the same, and cost me 2 times cheaper. Now, instead of Tiramisu I do 2 for the same money.
