Ingredients:
1. Flax - a third of a glass
2. Ripe banana - 1-2 pieces
3. Raisins - a handful
4. Water - 1 glass
5. Cocoa butter - a third of a teaspoon (you can without it)
Preparation
In the evening we take flax (dark or light does not matter) and raisins, wash them well, soak them in cold water (separately from each other).
In the morning we drain off the excess water, put it in a blender container, add banana pulp and cocoa butter (we do it with it, but you can safely do without it).
