An interesting variation on mashed potatoes. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀ ⠀
Ingredients: ⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀ ⠀
1 kg potato
salt
pepper
nutmeg - to taste
100 gr. butter
2 eggs
For lubricating:
2 egg yolks
2 tbsp. l. cold water
Preparation: ⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀ ⠀
1. Potatoes Wash and clean.
2. Boil potatoes preparedness in salted water. Then drain.
2. In a separate saucepan melt butter. Cool and mix with eggs.
3. Potatoes and season with pepper and salt, add the nutmeg. Prepare the mashed potatoes.
Pour the butter with eggs. Mix until uniform.
4. Cover the pan baking paper.
5. Transfer the mashed potatoes in a pastry bag.
Through-sprocket nozzle otsadit on baking potatoes in small curls.
It should look like this.
6. Beat the egg yolks with two tablespoons of water.
Lubricate yolk potato curls.
7. Preheat oven to 190 degrees. Put the pan in the oven and bake for about 15-20 minutes curls until they are lightly browned.
Serve as a side dish.
