Natural Cheese is easy to make at home! Curd on the preparation of this recipe takes me 5 minutes. Spending more does not require and receive the Always!
Curd for this recipe I take the most common store the milk from the bag (pasteurized).
For the preparation we need only Curd
- Milk-3 liters and
- lemons-3 pcs. (120 ml juice), or Lemon acid-2 tsp (17 oz.)
Preparation.
First of all, we are squeezing the juice of 3 lemons.
We require approximately 120 ml of lemon juice or 2 tsp crystalline citric acid.
Rinse the pan with water, so as not burnt.
Pour into it 3 liters of pasteurized milk conventional stores. Adding 120 ml of lemon juice and heated on fire or in a water bath, stirring occasionally.
Gradually, the milk will appear curd flakes.
Continue heating until the whey separates.
Cottage cheese is ready!
Turn off the heat and give the curd to rest, to gather cheese com.
After 10 minutes, take a colander, folded it in several layers of cheesecloth and the curd is thrown back.
Wait until the whey is drained. We are putting it in the middle of the ends of the cheesecloth and gently squeeze.
We return in a colander and leave for 1 hour.
An hour later, remove the cheesecloth with cottage cheese and spread on a plate.
3 liters of milk I get 500 grams. tender and very tasty cheese.
Curd I served for breakfast or use in cooking favorite cheese dishes.
