Beans, fried with soy sauce and garlic

If you are tired of the usual pasta and other side dishes, I recommend to try it this side dish. It is particularly well suited to chicken or fish.

Ingredients:

500 gr. green beans
1 tbsp. l vegetable oil
1 tbsp. l. butter
3 garlic cloves
2 tbsp. l. soy sauce
salt to taste
2 tbsp. l. sesame seeds (can be replaced by crushed nuts or seeds)

Preparation:

1. If the beans frozen, pre-defrost it is not necessary.

2. Put the beans in a saucepan, add water so that it completely covered.

Salt water and put the pot over medium heat.
After boiling, cooking for 5 minutes.

3. Tilt beans in a sieve and immediately dip it into ice water.

Approximately 2 minutes.
Then rinse the beans and leave to drain the water in a sieve.

4. Garlic cut into slices.

5. Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat.

Then increase the heat to medium, add the garlic and pour vegetable oil.

Stir fry the garlic for 1-2 minutes, until it becomes golden and fragrant.

6. Put in a saucepan bean pods.

Pour the soy sauce and stir fry beans for 3 minutes on high heat.

On request, sprinkle with sesame seeds.

Fry for another 2 minutes.

Unusual and tasty ready garnish.
