Chopped chicken cutlets with cheese

An interesting variant of the favorite dishes! Delicious and easy!

Ingredients:

500 gr. chicken
150 c. hard cheese
2 eggs
salt
pepper
oil for frying

Preparation:

1. Chicken fillets from the skin and to smooth out the film. Wash and pat dry with paper towel.

2. Cut the chicken into very small pieces.

3. Cheese grate. You can use frozen grated cheese.

4. In a bowl, mix cheese, chicken and eggs. Salt and pepper spice obtained minced.

You can add fresh dill.

5. In a frying pan heat 3-4 tablespoons. l. vegetable oil.

6. Fry the cutlets in the hot oil, spreading a tablespoon of minced meat.

Give good grab first one side of the patties, and then turn it.
The upper side should turn white, or meatballs can fall apart when you turn, you get a fried chicken with cheese, not burgers.

Then flip the patties back on the other side and close the pan with a lid.

8. These patties are fried very quickly, enough about 5-7 minutes on both sides.

Cutlets turn out very juicy and tasty, crispy on the outside and trailing cheese inside.

Serve with any side dish or vegetable salad hot!
