Delicious, hot, nourishing, and what snack!
Well, what could be better than fried potatoes?! Only potatoes with meat! Delicious !!!
Ingredients:
1 kg potato
300 gr. pork
150 c. not salted lard or bacon
3 garlic cloves
vegetable oil
salt
pepper
greens
Preparation:
Potatoes Wash, peel and cut into cubes.
The oil heated in a skillet or saucepan. Better if it will be a lot, so the potatoes will be almost crispy.,
Fry the potatoes until tender. Put on a plate.
Fillet of pork cut into thin strips.
Lard or bacon cut into small pieces.
Fry the bacon with 1 tbsp vegetable oil.
Add pork slices, grated garlic, salt and pepper to taste.
Fry the pork until cooked 20-25 minutes, until the liquid has evaporated and the pieces do not fry.
Then join in a frying pan fried potatoes with pork slices.
Warm up 2-3 minutes, and everything... decompose on plates.
On request, sprinkle with fresh herbs and serve!
