The idea came after I saw in the store a set of molds for mini salads for buffet. Options feeding them a lot. Most populyarnye- a mini salad with red fish and shrimp. For the salad I needed:
- Semga- 250 gr.

- Avocado - 1 pc.
- Sour cream 50 g.
- lemon
- dill / parsley for decoration
