If you think that making strawberry gelatin jelly is very difficult, then it is not. The delicacy is created literally in a matter of minutes, the only difficulty is to wait for it to solidify in the cold or in the refrigerator. Sometimes it takes about 2 hours. It is not necessary to put the dessert in the freezer for a quick effect - when frozen, its structure will collapse, and after defrosting you will not get jelly, but a watery mass.

You can make jelly from ripe / frozen strawberries and even strawberry jam. The main desire! Served dessert with whipped cream or sour cream of any fat content is especially tasty.

By the way, many people often put in a little less than the specified norm of gelatin. However, in this recipe, be sure to follow the steps strictly, otherwise your strawberry jelly will not freeze!

Ingredients:

Strawberry - 300 g

Sugar - 70 g

Gelatin - 10 g

Water - 150 ml

Prepare your ingredients. Calculate the amount of granulated sugar to your liking. You can do without it by mixing flower honey or another sweetener together with the swollen gelatin.

Rinse the strawberries in water, cut off the tails and cut the berries into pieces. Transfer the berries to a saucepan or ladle, add granulated sugar and stir gently.

Pour in 50 ml of warm water, place the container on the stove and bring its contents to a boil. Protome for about 1-2 minutes. The main thing is to bring the berry mass to softness, but not to boil it!

Turn off the heating. The strawberries will release their juice when heated, so do not add more water.

Pour the gelatin into a deep container or bowl, pour in 100 ml of hot water there, stir and leave for 5 minutes to swell. Then stir thoroughly to dissolve the gelatin powder in the liquid.

Pour the resulting solution into the strawberry container. Whisk everything with a hand blender until smooth. This will take about 2-3 minutes.

Pour the prepared strawberry mass into bowls or glasses / cups. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour, maximum overnight. During this time, the jelly will become thick and take on its shape.

Serve the chilled treat for dessert, garnish with whipped cream and fresh mint leaves. Strawberry jelly is perfect in the summer heat!
