Tasty, unusual and interesting! Amazing dish!
Ingredients:
500 gr. pork
1 h. l. Sahara
1 h. l. ground ginger
100 gr. carrots
200 gr. canned pineapple
1 h. l. starch
50 ml of soy sauce
50 ml of vegetable oil
pepper - red or orange
Preparation:
1. Meat cut across the grain into strips about 1.5 cm thick if the meat harsh, before it can be slightly repel.
2. To prepare the sauce mix in a bowl with soy sauce potato starch, ginger, sugar.
Marinate pork in sauce.
3. Bulgarian pepper to clean from the seeds and core, cut into strips.
Carrots also cut into cubes or grate. Better to use baby carrots or small carrots for an interesting kind of dishes.
4. Pour into the pan a little vegetable oil and put it on fire.
Put in a pan, peppers and carrots.
5. Sauté the vegetables over high heat for 3-5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
6. With pineapple drained the syrup, put the pineapple slices in the pan for vegetables, stir quickly and immediately remove the pan from the heat.
7. Separately pork fry in the pan with vegetable oil.
But not more than 10 minutes, because marinated thinly sliced pork is cooked very quickly and by a long heat treatment becomes hard.
8. To add pork fried vegetables and a little warm.
The dish is ready, you can bring to the table. On request, sprinkle with sesame seeds.
