Pancakes stuffed with cabbage, as pies

Ingredients:

1 tbsp. yogurt
egg
2-3 tbsp. flour
1 h. l. baking powder
200 gr. cabbage
carrot
salt
pepper
vegetable oil

Cooking method:

1. Cabbage cut into sticks and carrots grate.

2. Then put the cabbage and Morkvy in the pan, add salt and pepper to taste, pour the vegetable oil.
Simmer 15 minutes to cabbage became almost finished. Cool.

3. Egg whisk with a pinch of salt.

4. Pour in the egg heated yogurt.
Kefir can be heated in a mug in the microwave or in a saucepan on the stove.
Add baking powder and mix it all.

5. Gradually add flour pieces and whisk.
The dough should have a thick, as in fritters.

6. Grease the pan with oil and warm over medium heat.

Share on pan test spoon cabbage on top of the filling and the next layer of dough.
Slightly fry on one side and covered with a lid for 2 minutes.

7. Then remove the lid and flip the pancakes.

The lid closes the second time is not necessary.

8. These are obtained pancakes with cabbage when ready.
