Delicious, juicy, fragrant and very easy to prepare cake. Be sure to write down the recipe!
Ingredients:
0.5 kg of cabbage
2 tbsp. l. butter or 30 grams.
1 h. l. salt
pepper
5 Art. l. sour cream
3 tbsp. l. mayonnaise
3 eggs
6 tablespoons. l. flour
0.5 hours. l. soda
1 h. l. vinegar
2 tbsp. l. beer
1 tbsp. l. vegetable oil for greasing the form
Preparation:
1. Heat oven to 200 degrees.
Baking dish greased with vegetable oil.
2. Shred cabbage and mash well with his hands and put into the prepared baking dish.
3. Butter grate or cut into thin slices and arrange on the cabbage, season with pepper to taste.
4. Prepare the batter: Beat eggs, sour cream, mayonnaise and salt.
Pour the sifted flour
Soda to extinguish vinegar or lemon juice and pour into a bowl with the dough.
Beat the dough whisk.
Pour 2 tablespoons of beer spoon the dough.
5. Gently spread the dough in the form of cabbage.
You can optionally sprinkle sesame seeds on top.
6. Bake the cake for 30-40 minutes at 180 degrees.
7. Ready to get the cake from the oven, cool slightly, cut into portions and serve immediately to the table.
This cake is good as a separate dish, or you can submit it to the soup.
