Preparation:
1. Herring gut, remove head, tail and fins.
2. Remove from the herring skin and then gently to cut two fillets each carcass.

5. Boil 0.5 liters of water. Pour all the spices and right. Bring to a boil and remove from heat. Fully seize the marinade.

8. After 30 minutes - ready herring. Cut into pieces and fed to the potatoes.
