Baked potatoes with meat

Ingredients:

1 kg potato
300-400 gr. meat (pork, beef, little idea, chicken)
onion
carrot
tomato paste or tomato (optional)
salt
pepper
vegetable oil
Bay leaf

Preparation:

1. Onion and carrot peel and chop.

Fry in vegetable oil in the pan, which will then stew dish.

2. The meat cut into pieces small size.

3. Put the meat in a pan to vegetables, a little fry, stirring constantly.

When the meat will give juice, cover and simmer about 15 minutes until the juice boils away.

4. Pour into a pan of water to cover the meat.

Simmer until cooked meat.

5. With tomato peel.
Then chop the tomato flesh and shift to meat. Salt to taste.

6. Peel and cut potatoes.

7. Put the weight of the potatoes in a pan with the meat, pour the water, so that it does not completely cover the potatoes.

Add the bay leaf, cover with a lid and continue to simmer until the potato begins to fall apart.

The dish is ready!

Immediately you can serve.
