This is delicious! It turns out tender, juicy inside and crispy on top appetizing crust. We are pleased to eat even the children and cook very quickly and simply.

INGREDIENTS

-400gr fish fillets.

Egg 1pc.

COOKING METHOD

Take the fish and separate the fillets, carp at me today, you can choose other types of fish such as pollack, pike, or take a ready-made fillets.

Separate the fillet, fillet weight 400 grams cut into cubes. Potatoes 2 pcs medium size broth and turn into a puree.

Put in a bowl of fish, potatoes, break 1 egg. Add half tsp salt, black pepper to taste. All the mix, forming fish sticks.

Rolled in breadcrumbs. Breadcrumbs can cook yourself, bread dry and grind using a blender.

Put fish sticks on the pan, put in a preheated oven and bake at 200 degrees 20 minutes.
