Very easy! Cooked pork for this recipe, it turns out very tender and juicy. Try it yourself!

Ingredients:

1.5 kg of boneless pork loin
5 cloves of garlic
3 bay leaves
1 tbsp. mayonnaise
1 tbsp. l. ground coriander
Article 1.5. l. black pepper
Article 1.5. l. paprika
salt

Preparation:

1. In a bowl put mayonnaise, add coriander, paprika, black pepper, and passed through a press garlic, salt to taste. To mix everything.

2. Cut off a large piece of foil, fold it in half.

Share pork fat on the foil side down.

Smudge on the surface of meat prepared only 1/4 sauce.
