Ingredients:
250-300 grams of wheat flour
250ml milk
200 ml water
3-4 eggs
1 h. l. Sahara
a pinch of salt
sunflower oil for frying
Preparation:
1. Beat eggs well with a pinch of salt.
2. Add the eggs warm milk and water, stir.
3. Sift flour twice.
Send sifted flour into the liquid mixture, add sugar.
4. Stir the dough, not to leave lumps.
The dough should be like heavy cream. Can regulate density, adding flour or water.
5. The dough pour in 3-4 tablespoons oil and stir everything well.
6. Frying pan with oil heat.
7. Scoop batter ladle, carefully poured into a pan, rotate, distributing the dough over the entire surface.
8. Fry one side, while on the surface of bubbles appear.
Once that happens - the pancake is ready and it should shake the pan on a clean kitchen towel.
And how cool to put all baked pancakes in a stack.
You can roll them in rolls or folded triangles, and simply melted butter to grease.
