Vegetable oil -3 tablespoons

Baking powder -1ch.l.
COOKING METHOD
In a bowl break 3 eggs, add sugar and 200 grams of an electric mixer, beat one or two minutes you can just grind whisk.
Measure out 300 grams of flour, add 1 tsp baking powder and stir. Adding to the beaten egg 1/4 tsp salt, pour 250 ml of milk and stir. Now gradually add 300 grams of flour with baking powder.
Form of grease with vegetable oil, I have a diameter of 26 cm mold, pour the dough. We put in preheated oven and bake at 200 degrees for 20-25 minutes, be guided by your oven, you can check the readiness of a wooden skewer.
Ready cake extract from the mold give it a little cool, and can be served with tea, I cut the top from the cake grease with condensed milk and sprinkle with crumbs, which I did with a cropped top.
