Fish baked under a crust of bread. Thanks to this crust fish get tastier and juicier. Especially in such a way I like to cook pink salmon, it turns out juicy and tender so fragrant that it is simply impossible to break away.
INGREDIENTS
Fillet of salmon -500-600gr.

For bread crust:
Bread - 300g.
Garlic -2-3zub.
Cheese -100gr.
Butter -70gr.
-By salt to taste
parsley -2-3vetochki
COOKING METHOD
Pink salmon my, clean, separate the fillet. Fillet weight I have 600 grams. Adding half teaspoon salt, black pepper, lemon juice sprinkled, and leave for 20-30 minutes marinated.
During this time, prepare the bread crust. Loaf of bread or 300 grams of cut off the crusts, it is better to take yesterday's baking. And grind into crumbs by hand or blender. The net weight of approximately 250 grams of crumbs. 100 grams of cheese sodium on fine grater and add to the bread crumbs, add 70 grams of soft butter. 3 cloves garlic passed through the press.
A couple of sprigs of parsley chop and add to the bread. Add salt to taste and all frays hands.
Grease a baking sheet with vegetable oil. Put the fish on top put bread crumbs, so that the fish has been completely closed and rammed it slightly.
We put in a preheated oven and cooked at 160 degrees 30 minutes.
