INGREDIENTS

For filling:
Stuffing -400gr.
Onion 1pc.
Sol -1 / 3ch.l.
Black pepper - to taste
Green onions - to taste
For the dough:
Sour -200gr. (6st.l.)
Flour - 80-100gr. (6st.l.)
Egg 2 pcs.
Sol -1 / 2ch.l.
Baking powder -10gr.

COOKING METHOD

Will cut the onion into cubes. The pan pour vegetable oil 2-3 tablespoons, put 400 grams of minced any. Fry to enlightenment and add onion, fry all together until the evaporation of the liquid. Add salt, black pepper and remove from heat, let cool slightly.

Green onions can cut and add to the stuffing. Filling is ready.

Prepare the dough. Splitting 2 eggs, put half teaspoon salt, 200 grams of sour cream, I have 20% fat, stir.

Add 80 grams of flour, 10 grams of baking powder. The dough should get the liquid, drain freely from the corolla. If too thin, add a little more flour.

Shape I shape 20 cm diameter, lubricating oil, pour a bit of dough, about the third part. Put the filling, level and fill with the remaining dough.

Top you can sprinkle with sesame seeds if desired.

Put in preheated oven and bake at 180 degrees for 30-35 minutes, you can check the readiness of a wooden skewer.
