Delicious sour cream soufflé with pomegranate for the holiday of Valentine's Day in the shape of hearts. Easy to prepare, tasty and appetizing. Can be made with fresh or frozen berries, fresh or canned fruit, or even jam. #valentines

Ingredients: sour cream, sugar, milk, pomegranate juice, gelatin, pomegranate

Cooking method:

Add 10 gr. to milk. gelatin, mix and leave for 15 minutes to swell.

In another bowl, mix pomegranate juice and 10 gr. gelatin, mix and leave for 15 minutes to swell.

In a third bowl, mix sour cream with sugar and leave to completely dissolve the sugar.

After a while, dissolve the gelatin with milk in a water bath or in a microwave. Add it to sour cream and stir.

Pour into molds about 2/3 and send to the freezer for 30 minutes.

In the meantime, you need to dissolve the gelatin with the juice.

After a while, we take out the molds from the freezer. The jelly is a little frozen. Pour the mixture of juice and gelatin on top to the top and send it to the freezer for 2-3 hours. In order for the jelly to seize well and come out of the molds whole, we put it in the freezer, it is not worth it in the refrigerator.

We release the frozen jelly from the molds and decorate with pomegranate seeds.
