INGREDIENTS

Liver -500gr.
Sol -1 / 2ch.l.
-By black pepper to taste
Vegetable oil -1-2st.l.
For the batter:
Egg 1pc.
Mineral water (or water or milk) -80ml.
Flour tablespoons -3 (80g).
Salt - 1 / 3ch.l.
Black pepper - to taste

Step by step recipe for cooking

Prepare liver Pomo dry with paper towels and cut into pieces. Add half tsp salt, black pepper, 1-2 tbsp vegetable oil stir and leave for 15-20 minutes.

During this time, prepare the batter. The split bowl 1 egg, add black pepper, salt and whisk, beat. Adding 3st.l. flour, pouring 80 ml of mineral water or milk or plain water and whisk until mix uniformity.

It took 15 minutes liver slices rolled in flour, then in batter. On pour vegetable oil pan warm up and put liver slices. Fry over medium heat for sure that the liver has already been prepared. On the one hand for 2-3 minutes, turn over, and now the lid and fry for another 2-3 minutes.
