This is delicious! Dough on kefir preparing just for five minutes, and the result is a tender, soft. Try to cook, and you will not regret. Tasty, fast, affordable and very appetizing!

Ingredients :
For the dough:
Kefir - 250ml.
-400gr flour.
Egg 1pc.
Vegetable Oil -20 ml.
Sugar -1st.l.
Sol -1 / 2ch.l.
Soda -1 / 2ch.l.
For filling:
Potatoes -5-6sht.
Processed cheese - 2 pcs.
Greens - to taste
Butter -30gr.
Onion 1pc.

Cooking method:

Kefir pour 250 ml, 1 tablespoon sugar, half a teaspoon salts half tsp soda, split one egg. Whisk stir and leave for 2-3 minutes to extinguish soda.

Adding 20 ml of vegetable oil and gradually sifted flour 400g, knead the dough, the dough is obtained an elastic, pleasant to the touch, slightly sticks to the hands but not strongly.
