Cupcake "Shikardos" or otherwise halvichny cake, I brought the recipe from Sochi, where I tried it for the first time at a friend's house. I liked it so much that I repeated it at home 5 times already, in 3 weeks.

Recipe:
eggs -2 pcs
butter -100g
sugar -50 g
salt -1 / 4 tsp.
halva -150g
flour -150g
baking powder -2h.l
COOKING METHOD
We take soft butter or you can slightly flood it in the midst, add 50 grams of sugar and ΒΌ tsp to the butter. salt, beat with a mixer until fluffy, now add 2 eggs, one at a time, first add one egg, beat it, then add 2 egg.
Chop 150 grams of halva with a knife and add to the dough, beat with a mixer.
Let's measure out 150 grams of flour, add 2 tsp. Mix the baking powder and add the flour and baking powder to the dough.
The dough is ready, it turns out to be quite thick, like this it slips hard from the shoulder blade.
We take a suitable shape, I have a rectangular internal dimensions 9 cm by 20 cm, pour the dough, distribute.
We put in a preheated oven and bake at 180 degrees for 40 minutes, check the readiness with a wooden skewer, you may need more time, it all depends on your oven.
If you take a round shape, take with a diameter of 18 cm or you can bake as portioned muffins.
We take out the finished cupcake and take it out of the mold, cut it into pieces and enjoy it, when I tried it for the first time I immediately understood, definitely in the section of quick and favorite recipes.
