Today I present to your attention a simple and quick recipe for making chicken breast with pineapples.

It will take a minimum of time to prepare (literally five minutes) and everything else, as usual, will be done for us by our favorite oven.

Chicken breast is juicy, tender with a pleasant slightly sweetish pineapple tasteас.

Try it!

✅I needed the following products:

  • 2 small chicken breast fillets - 500 g,
  • canned pineapples - 130 g,
  • a piece of suluguni cheese - 95 g,
  • soft cottage cheese or natural yogurt - 60 g,
  • salt, black pepper, nutmeg and a generous amount of dried garlic.

✅Cooking.

Cut the chicken breast fillet into small cubes and send it to a baking dish.

Canned pineapples should also be cut into small cubes (if you have them in rings) and sent to the chicken breast.

In my opinion, it is better not to overdo it with pineapples here, about 1 to 5 grams (pineapple for chicken) is quite enough.

Suluguni rub on a coarse grater, add to the chicken with pineapples.

Salt and pepper to taste, add a pinch of nutmeg and sprinkle with dry garlic very generously.

I have already written more than once that dry garlic = no smell after eating.

Finally, add soft cottage cheese and mix everything well right in the baking dish.

Straighten with a spoon.

We send it to an oven preheated to 200 degrees for 30-35 minutes.

Always adjust the cooking time based on your oven.

Half an hour and a delicious, aromatic dish is ready. You spent a minimum of your time preparing it.
