I want to offer you a tasty and original dish from simple and readily available ingredients: onions, stuffed with meat stuffing. Extremely tasty! And most importantly how original!
What is needed:
onions - 2-3 pc
minced beef or any other - 500 gr
bacon - 1 pack
champignons - 3-5 pieces
bread crumbs - 1/4 cup
salt
spice
barbecue sauce"

Onions are cleaned, cut off the ends on both sides. Cut the onion in half. Large parts ( "boat") is set aside. The rest shred and add to ground beef.
Also in the stuffing put chopped herbs, finely chopped mushrooms (I have mushrooms). Mushrooms can be either pre-boil and can be put raw. Salt, spices, herbs - to taste. Add the breadcrumbs and ready to mince.
Now take half a bulb and put the stuffing inside. As in the photo:
Now our onion-meat bacon wrap blanks. That nothing has collapsed, it is possible to fasten with a toothpick.
We send the resulting pellets in an oven (200 degrees) for 40 minutes. Then we pull out, coated with sauce "BBQ" and bake for another 5-7 minutes. Delicious and satisfying dish is ready! Bon appetit, my dear friends!
