Today I want to bring to your attention a recipe for making donuts. In principle, there is no unusual method of making dough here, everything is as usual. But, I'll tell you a little life hack how to cook these donuts in such a way that they all turn out to be "like one person"... I learned this method for a long time, maybe someone even does everything exactly the same. But, for some reason, I'm sure that for some it will be a new and interesting experience.

Ingredients for making donuts:

Milk and water (in equal proportions) - only 300 ml
Chicken eggs - 1 pc.
Dry yeast - 10 g
Sugar - 3-4 tbsp. l.
Butter - 70 g
Vanillin - to taste
Salt - 1/4 tsp l.
Flour - 550-600 g
And, vegetable oil for frying

Let's get started ...

Pour half the volume of liquids (milk and water) into a bowl, put dry yeast and stir until the granules dissolve.

Next, add a tablespoon of sugar, and sift about 150 g of flour. Stir everything and put in a warm place - this will suit the dough.

Now we take a bowl of much larger volume - this is already for the main kneading of dough, put butter in it and melt it in the microwave. Here we break the egg, add salt, vanillin, a few more tablespoons of sugar and stir.

In about 15 minutes, the dough will be ready.

Pour the finished dough into a butter base, mix.

Sift the flour in parts and knead the soft dough. Again, put the bowl with the dough in a warm place to rise, for about 1-1.5 hours.

It took me a little over an hour, the dough rose quite well.

And now the fun begins - I'll tell you how I shape donuts. To begin with, I take parchment paper and cut it into small squares, 10 by 10 cm in size, or a little larger. Then I divide the dough into small pieces, weighing 60-70 g, round them, dip them in vegetable oil and put them on each separate leaf. The dough must be dipped in vegetable oil, otherwise everything will stick in the parchment paper and there will be no further desired effect. We cover the blanks with a cotton towel or cling film and give 15 minutes for proofing.

After 15 minutes, in the middle of each kolobok, gently make a hole with your finger, slightly stretching it. And we must turn the workpiece over, and also give 10 minutes for proofing.

After 10 minutes, start frying donuts. We take a not too wide heat-resistant dish (or a deep frying pan), pour oil, heat well. As soon as the oil is warmed up, take a piece of parchment paper with a prepared donut and gently turn it into oil - thanks to the fact that we will not disturb the dough, donuts will not deform.

Fry donuts on both sides until a characteristic golden brown crust is formed. And they fried very quickly and baked well.

And, these beauties are obtained!!! When the donuts have cooled slightly, you can sprinkle them with powdered sugar or pour over melted chocolate. Cook, taste, Bon appetit!
