Tired of lightly salted cucumbers? Do you want something unusual? Prepare these tomatoes.
Ingredients:
1 kg of tomatoes
2 cloves of garlic
1 hour l. salt
0.5 tbsp. l. Sahara
a bunch of greens (dill, parsley, cilantro, basil)
How to cook:
1. Wash the medium-sized and round tomatoes well. Make cross-to-cross incisions at both ends of the fruit.
2. Finely chop the washed greens and add to the tomatoes.
When we are in the country or in the village, horseradish and currant leaves are also used. Sometimes also garlic arrows - it turns out very aromatic and spicy.
3. Peel the garlic and finely chop or pass through a press directly onto the tomatoes.
4. Add salt and sugar to the tomatoes. You can add dry herbs, ground black pepper, 1 tsp. l. vegetable oil.
4. All this is best done in a deep container with a lid, it is more convenient in a round or in the form of a bucket. Close the crockery and turn it over onto a plate, lid down. Leave on for 10 minutes.
5. Then turn it over and leave it alone for another 10 minutes. Then turn it over again on the lid for 10-15 minutes. After a while, return the jar to its normal position and put it in the refrigerator.
6. You can try after 3 hours. But it is much tastier if you make such a preparation in the morning for dinner.
They are eaten quickly, but I still recommend storing in the refrigerator for no more than 2 days.
