I show you how I cook the juiciest cutlets: nothing to fry and no greasy splashes on the stove

In one of my past publications, I told how I cook "summer" cutlets from minced chicken and zucchini.

And today I propose another interesting cooking option juicy cutlets. At the same time, you do not have to stand at the stove, controlling the frying process, and no greasy splashes of oil on the stove.

Cooking ingredients:

Any minced meat - 800 g-1 kg
Bulb onions - 2 pcs.
Tomatoes - 2-3 pcs.
Hard cheese - 150 g
Sour cream - 2 tbsp. l.
Greens
Salt, black pepper to taste

Let's start cooking ...

To prepare such cutlets, you can use absolutely any minced meat at your discretion - I have mixed (pork, beef). Add onion scrolled through a meat grinder to the minced meat or just finely chopped. Salt and pepper to taste.

Stir and beat well to make the minced meat more plastic.

Rub the cheese on a fine grater, and put a small amount of it aside - you will need it at the very end.

Put sour cream, finely chopped herbs, a little salt and pepper in a bowl of cheese, and mix.

We form small balls from minced meat, weighing 80-100 grams.

Now we take the formed bun of minced meat, make a depression in the middle, and put a teaspoon of cheese filling inside somewhere, pinch the edges and form the bun again.

Put the prepared cutlets in a suitable baking dish or just on a baking sheet.

Next, cut the tomatoes into slices, and put one circle on top of the cutlets. We send to bake in the oven, preheated to 180 degrees, for about 30 minutes.

After half an hour, take out the form with cutlets from the oven, and sprinkle with the remaining cheese on top. And for another 10 minutes in the oven.

And so juicy and tasty cutlets are obtained! Cook, taste, Bon appetit!
