This dish is perfect for a family dinner or get-togethers over a glass of wine with friends.

Recipe Eggplant with minced meat in Turkish

Ingredients:

Eggplant - 3 pcs
Ground beef - 400 grams
Onions - 1 pc
Tomato - 2 pcs
Tomato juice - 250 ml
Bulgarian pepper - 1 pc
Garlic - 2 cloves
Salt - to taste
Freshly ground black pepper - to taste
Dried mint - 1 pinch
Dried oregano - 1 pinch
Parsley - 3 sprigs
Green onions - 3 pen
Vegetable oil - 50 ml

Preparation:

Carefully my eggplants and cut them into slices 1-1.5 cm thick.
Good salt and leave for 20 minutes.

Some time later merge with eggplant liberated juice and wipe them with paper towels (napkins).

Finely shinkuem onions. Add half to the beef, season with salt and pepper.

Prepare the sauce. For this second half of fried onion in vegetable oil for 3 minutes. ⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

Bottom tomatoes makes an incision crosswise, pour over boiling water and remove the skin. Then cut them with pepper cubes.
