A cake with a lemon: excellent pastries for tea

When there is no time for complicated pies - this recipe helps cool!

Ingredients:

1.5 cups flour
2 eggs
1 cup sour cream
1/3 cup sugar
50 oz. butter
1 h. l. baking powder
lemon

Preparation:

1. Beat the eggs in a bowl and beat with the sugar until thick white mass.

2. Add the eggs and sour cream the softened butter.
Stir the mixture over carefully, trying to get rid of the oil lumps.

3. Thoroughly wash the lemon scalded with boiling water and wipe dry.

4. Remove the lemon zest using a fine grater. Grate rind to the white layer.

5. Squeeze of lemon juice. It will take at least 2 tablespoons. l. juice.

6. Pour the oil in the peel weight and pour the lemon juice. Mix.

7. Add a mixture of baking powder, and enter the sifted flour parts.

8. Knead the dough semi-liquid.

9. Cake pans greased and sprinkled with breadcrumbs or semolina.

10. Using a silicone blade pour batter into the mold and level it.

11. Preheat oven to 170 degrees.

12. Put shape with lemon test in a hot oven. Bake the cake for 30 minutes.

13. Post baking to cool completely in the form, and then remove and serve with tea or coffee, decorated with powdered sugar.

You can cover the cake frosting or melted chocolate.

50 ml lemon juice
50 ml of water

Preparation:

1. Dissolve the sugar in hot water. Pour the lemon juice.

appearance, it should be used immediately after preparation.
