I really love when readers and subscribers of the channel share their recipes with me, quite often they are very successful and I took many of them into my "piggy bank" and cook quite often. Today is just such a recipe.
This is incredibly tasty, spicy and unusual cauliflower. When I cooked it for the first time, this portion was not enough, now I cook a whole kilogram each time ...
So, I use fresh cauliflower, I have never cooked it from frozen, so I cannot recommend it. It must be thoroughly rinsed and disassembled into inflorescences. I take 100 grams of melted butter and pour it over the cabbage, add one teaspoon of salt and 2 tablespoons of seasoning. You can take any to your taste. It is also imperative to add garlic, I take three large cloves, squeeze through a press, add to the cabbage (you can replace it with a dry one).
Now you need to mix the cabbage well, try to make sure that each piece is covered with oil and spices. Now you need to prepare the so-called "filling".
To do this, I rub 150 grams of cheese on a grater and add 6 heaped tablespoons of bread crumbs to it, mix well.
The resulting mixture must be mixed well with cabbage and sent to a greased baking sheet, which is then sent to an oven preheated to 200 degrees for 30 minutes.
And after half an hour there is an incredible tasty dish on the table that can be served as a side dish for meat or as a warm appetizer.
I highly recommend all lovers of cabbage to cook it according to this recipe, I am sure that many will like it.

1 kg cauliflower
