Pickled cabbage with bell peppers and carrots

Everyone who tried the cabbage, ask me the recipe. Simply stunned cabbage turns out, this salad we do now about 5 years for sure. Be sure to try, you will like it!

Ingredients:

Cabbage - 1.5 kg
Carrots - 250g
Bulgarian sweet pepper - 250 gr
Onion - 250g
Vinegar 9% - 125 mL (6% or apple, sour if dislike)
Salt - 1 tablespoon (full)
Sugar - 80 gr
Vegetable oil - 125 ml

Cabbage and pepper julienne shinkuem. Onions cut into half rings. Carrot or too shinkuem strips or rub on a grater for Korean carrot.

Vegetables should be laid in a bowl or small basin. Vegetables do not have to knead, just lay out the layers.

Prepare the marinade. Mix vinegar, vegetable oil, salt and sugar. Prescription is necessary to take a regular vinegar 9%. But it is quite possible to replace the apple vinegar 6%. It will be less sweet, but just as delicious.

Fill marinade vegetables, stirred well and left for 2 days at room temperature. 2-3 times a day, a salad mix.

Then we decompose our cabbage on clean dry banks, close lid and remove in a refrigerator. Bon appetit, my dear friends!
