Simple, tasty and flavorful dish!
Interesting combination of products a unique taste of chicken with cabbage will help to diversify the daily menu.
Ingredients:
4 things. chicken legs
1 kg sauerkraut
100 gr. bacon
1 tbsp. l. vegetable oil
sl
pepper
0.5 hours. l. cumin
0.5 hours. l. mixture peppers or other seasonings
Preparation:
Smoked bacon cut into pieces.
Sauerkraut mix in a bowl with the prepared bacon.
Drumsticks wash, dry with paper towels.
Grate oil and sprinkled uniformly with 2 sides seasoning for chicken, or a mixture of peppers Provence herbs, salt and pepper.
In a baking dish put the prepared sauerkraut with bacon.
Sprinkle with caraway seeds on top and put legs in spices.
Form the leg put in a preheated oven.
You can cover the dish with the chicken with foil.
Bake leg cabbage at 180 degrees about 1 hour.
